Artist of the Month – GOYK

GOYK is a genre‑blending DJ, producer, and creative based in Ogden, Utah, known for high‑energy sets that fuse house, disco, techno, and open‑format styles. With a versatile sound and a deep connection to the crowd, GOYK delivers unforgettable experiences that move both body and soul.

A first‑generation Cambodian American, GOYK started mixing on a phone app and has grown into one of Utah’s most in‑demand underground artists. He’s the founder of Electric Rooftop and Electric Underground, two event series that have helped define Ogden’s thriving dance scene. Over the past year, he’s expanded into Salt Lake City, performing at top venues and festivals across the region.

GOYK has opened for major acts including Disclosure, Autograf, ill.Gates, Swayló, and AK Renny, with standout performances at venues and events like Alleged, Sky SLC, Plumhouse, Metro Music Hall, Edison House, and more. He’s also a frequent DJ for Mcycle, bringing high‑energy sets into the fitness space.

His resume includes everything from the Post Malone VIP Lounge to local festivals like Ogden Twilight, Kilby Block Party, Echo in the Pines, and SLC NBA All‑Star Weekend. Whether he’s on a rooftop, in a club, or on a festival stage, GOYK’s sets feel intentional, uplifting, and dialed in to the moment.

Outside of music, GOYK is a talented videographer and digital marketer, helping brands and creatives grow through content and strategy—further cementing his role as a creative force in Utah.
